Persian Palace will be serving khoresht (pronounced like ‘horesh’ with a throaty ‘h’) with rice, salad and yogurt. Khoresht is a persian stew. There will be two kinds:
- Khoresht-e Gormeh Sabzi - Dried lime, herbs, kidney beans and mushrooms (vegan, gluten free)
- Khoresht-e Fesenjan - Pomegranate, ground walnuts and aubergine (veggie, gluten free)
